As a CRM Data Coordinator, you’ll support a high-performing sales team by ensuring our CRM system is a reliable, accurate, and efficient source of truth for all prospect data. Your work will help drive sales activity and enhance our marketing efforts, ultimately supporting our mission to create an exceptional customer experience.

Reporting to the General Manager Sales, this exciting role provides you with the opportunity to grow and shape Arvida's CRM capabilities.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 5pm, based in our central Wellington support office.

Qualifications

Strength and competence in administration and data management via experience in a similar role. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Accuracy and attention to detail with the capability to understand information workflows and database management.
• Ability to interact & communicate with a variety of people
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong experience with Office 365 including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM, Accounting, Rostering, or HR systems and/or comfortable learning new technology.

This role will suit a data and system-savvy marketing graduate or experienced administrator interested in gaining exposure to sales in a unique environment.
