What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role/managerial experience in guest-facing roles of hotels
- A true believer in putting people first philosophy
- Innate and established ability to influence and manage various departmental stakeholders
- Proven track records of analyzing guest feedback, recommending task-based solutions, executing it alongside departmental stakeholders and then re-evaluating the success rates of initiatives
Job Summary:
The Quality & Training Manager implements quality assurance processes and verifies training and development activities are strategically linked to the company’s mission, vision, brand standards, and targets customer needs. The ideal candidate also verifies employee satisfaction and focuses on continuous improvement at the property level. This position champions the Quality function and builds support for change, alongside supporting the Human Resources function with various training-focused initiatives.
