Job Description

We're seeking an Electrical Assembler to join our assembly line. In this role, you will assemble and construct the electrical components required for our air conditioners. This position is based at our South Auckland site in Mangere on our day shift (6:45 am to 3:15 pm). Reporting to the production foreman, your responsibilities will include:

• Assemble and construct electrical control boxes
• Fit electrical control boxes
• Connect motors, sensors, and supply cables as required
• Check insulation of all fitted connections and cables
• Fit fan assemblies
• Fit tubing, HP & LP switches, and sensor pockets
• Provide flexibility by working in all areas of production as directed to provide cover where required

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role

• Basic understanding of air conditioning processes.
• Understanding of electrical and workplace safe work practices.
• Experience with wiring (advantageous but not necessary).
• Attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
