About the Role
Based out of our client’s corporate premises in central Christchurch, we are seeking a Customer Service champion for our Casual Service Delivery role. This role is key to supporting the functions of our services across Front and Back of House, including mailroom and admin.
This is a flexible floating role that will assist as required across our client services spaces, with hours flexi between 07:00 am and 5:00 pm. Some of the main duties will include:
- Mail and courier processing and delivery
- General administrative tasks such as scanning documents, etc.
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner
- Reception cover - meet and greet visitors when required
- Setting meeting rooms
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Some moderate lifting may be involved
- Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and our Clients' Health & Safety Standard
About you

- Proven experience in a customer service/hospitality environment
- Very high standard of personal presentation

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
- Adaptable to change with a focus on continuous improvement
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
