Te tūranga – The role and your impact
The Internal Communications Adviser contributes to provides support in the delivery of internal content to the Reserve Bank and works closely with the Internal Engagement Business Partners, Senior Change Communications Adviser and the Manager Internal Communications to implement internal communications
Your key responsibilities will be delivering internal communications, writing regular content for the intranet and newsletters, contributing to producing an all-staff presentation, providing advice to management on internal communications and more.

We’re looking for someone who has great communications skills, good judgement and a good understanding of organisational culture.
If you have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an internal communications or similar role
- Excellent writing and communication skills and an ability to write clearly and concisely for non-technical audiences, tailoring messages to different audiences
- A good understanding of the requirements of delivering quality internal communication initiatives

The anticipated appointment range for this role is $80,301 to $86,992 (actual salary will be dependent on your skills and experience).
