About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Trents Hornby as an Administration Coordinator, supporting the Branch Manager and site teams with customer inquiries, various administrative tasks and compliance requirements.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver outstanding service to customers, visitors and team members, going the extra mile to exceed expectations
- Oversee daily control room operations, supporting communications across the branch and ensuring the office runs smoothly
- Manage essential administrative tasks like maintaining records, invoicing, preparing reports and tracking time records
- Support branch operations by assisting with warehouse tasks, coordinating recruitment and onboarding and contributing to project work as needed
This is a permanent, full-time role working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm, however, we may be able to offer flexibility in start and finish times for the right candidate.
What you'll bring
- Proven administration experience involving accounts and confidential/sensitive information
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective time management and work organisation/prioritisation skills
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate level computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proven customer service experience and the ability to think on your feet to offer solutions
- A good working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
