Te tūranga – The role and your impact

Our people have passion and purpose – working alongside them, you can make a big impact. The Team Lead – Brand and Design is responsible for the day-to-day management and production of our brands and design work at RBNZ.  

Leading a small team of design specialists, the role works across the organisation to provide expert advice and guidance, and deliver high quality, engaging design for a range of internal and external channels. 

In this role, you’ll be working on both leadership and operational objectives, and are expected to be hands-on producing design as well as managing the work pipeline and supporting processes.

We’re looking for someone who has a flair for design, is results focused, has a high level of attention to detail and ideally has experience leading a small team.

You’ll also be the kind of person who thrives on building great relationships with stakeholders and is passionate about delivering quality communication initiatives.  

If you have:

  • A strong understanding of design principles and techniques
  • Proven experience in designing content that delivers organisation and culture messages 
  • A strong understanding of brand management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

The anticipated appointment range for this role is $127,826 to $138,479 (actual salary will be dependent on your skills and experience).
