Job Description
As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the driving force behind our client acquisition and retention strategy. Leveraging your persuasive communication skills, you’ll engage with both existing and potential clients to schedule heat pump cleaning services. This role offers a unique blend of relationship building and sales, as you’ll be responsible for rebooking services for our loyal customer base and identifying new business opportunities. Working remotely, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule while contributing directly to the company’s growth. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to existing clients, rebooking heat pump cleaning services and maintaining strong relationships
- Perform cold calls to businesses, clinics, and potential clients, generating new leads and expanding our customer base
- Schedule appointments for heat pump cleaning services, meeting or exceeding daily and weekly targets
- Manage and update client information in our database system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Utilize our advanced phone dialer system to maximize efficiency and call volume
- Maintain and update the company’s appointment calendar, coordinating with the service team
- Achieve a target of 6-10 booked appointments per day, contributing directly to company revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and promoting the benefits of regular heat pump maintenance
Requirements
- Proven track record in cold calling and appointment setting, preferably in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, coupled with a resilient attitude towards rejection
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and appointment scheduling software
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools and systems
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- Passion for contributing to environmental and health initiatives through promoting clean air solutions
