InterContinental Auckland is set to redefine luxury in Auckland with the finest Club Lounge experience the city has ever seen. As Club Lounge Team Member, you will play a crucial role in shaping this premier destination and setting the standard for exceptional hospitality.
We are seeking passionate and dedicated part-time Club Lounge Team Members to join our team in delivering an unparalleled experience to our guests. In this role, you will be at the heart of creating memorable moments, ensuring every detail is perfect, and our service exceeds expectations. Your primary focus will be connecting with our guests and providing exceptional, detail-oriented service in a luxurious and welcoming environment.

- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalised and memorable experience
- Service Excellence: Deliver top-tier service with attention to detail, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the Club Lounge
- Knowledge Sharing: Be well-versed in all hotel offerings, including Food and Beverage options, to provide informed recommendations and assist guests effectively
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain a seamless operation and uphold the highest standards of service
- Operational Activities: Contribute to the seamless operation and organisation of the Club Lounge, playing a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience every day
What we need from you
- Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment, preferably in a Club Lounge or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with guests
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Knowledgeable about Food and Beverage offerings and the hospitality industry
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
