About the Role
Liebherr Earthmoving and Material Handling division has a great opportunity for a highly organized individual with a passion for outstanding customer service to join the Service team at our Auckland branch located in East Tamaki You will be working as part of a supportive team you will be an all-round administrator who can work independently and use your exceptional organisation skills to provide administrative support across a variety of tasks to the service team to maintain and enhance customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Raising customer service jobs /repair orders and costing completed jobs.
- Invoicing of customer service jobs
- Assisting with the scheduling of services
- Organise/book travel/accommodation.
- Timesheet Data Entry
- Addressing customer queries
- Processing Expense Claims
- Purchasing and Accounts Payable workflow
- Update and manage data bases, filing and archiving
About you
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Strong MS Word and Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete to high standard.
- Initiative and self-drive
- Critical thinking skills.
