Your new role as an AME (Aircraft Maintenance Engineer) based at Wellington airport will see you deliver quality and reliable maintenance and rectification services to a high standard, while ensuring all WHS and Quality policies and procedures are adhered to. This role will see you working with a range of specialist teams enabling you to provide excellent engineering standards on a solid foundation of safety, quality, reliability, and service.
We’re on the hunt for someone who:
- Has completed Certificate IV in Aeroskills (AU or NZ equivalent), with previous A320/321 experience desirable
- Has excellent time management skills and a proven ability to effectively manage self and others
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Has experience in Line Maintenance
- Has a proven commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives
- Has proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle competing demands, particularly when under pressure and/or managing multiple stakeholders; and
- Holds a valid driving licence and ability to obtain an Airside Drivers Licence
- Ability to work nightshift and weekend shifts (24/7)
