Job Description

We have an exciting and unique opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join our Real Estate Management team in our new Auckland CBD office. We are looking for a motivated graduate to assist a team of Property Managers on a portfolio of retail properties in the Auckland region and provide administrative support.

The value you'll add

  • Primarily assist a team of Property Managers on a portfolio of retail and shopping centre properties in the Auckland region and provide administrative support

  • Ensure assigned properties are maintained effectively
  • Assist with rent reviews, lease supervision, and implementing leasing strategies
  • Assist to prepare budgets and monthly client reports
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders
  • Assist with strategic decisions in cooperation with individual owners
  • Provide administrative support to Directors in the team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Property Services is preferrable
  • REA Salesperson’s certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client-focus and relationship building skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and deadline-focussed
  • Diligent and conscientious
  • Strong time management skills
