What you will do:
Supervise the overall day to day, performance, co-ordination, management and maintenance of the agreed project works at our customer’s site(s) to obtain maximum productivity, efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organisation upholding all aspects of compliance and standards and adhering to budget and prescribed criteria
How you will do it:
Supervise the overall day to day, performance, co-ordination, management and maintenance, of the agreed project and maintenance works to assist in obtaining maximum productivity, efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organisation upholding all aspects of compliance and standards and adhering to budget, policies and processes
Ensure the team are focused and deliver key priorities including high quality delivery, high standards of health and safety and communication with the customers/sub-contractors
Responsible for day-to-day planning and co-ordination of the team
Carry out allocated tasks/projects in accordance with contractual requirements
Support and track the progress of the project
Liaise with team/contractors/suppliers and other stakeholders
Maintain accurate data/records/documentation
Ensure compliance with agreed quality standards, policies and procedures, codes and legislation including health and safety
Programming and Commissioning of Alarm systems
Technical guidance to field staff involved in projects
What we look for?
Prior experience in project supervision including project planning, leading the delivery team (direct & sub-contractors), budget management, EH&S, policy compliance
Experience in Fire security systems including maintenance and fault rectification
Customer relationship management
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Sound technical background & knowledge relating to line of business
Proven customer-facing experience and etiquette
Strong organizational, administrative skills and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
MS Office competence
Capable of working autonomously and efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently
