YOUR ROLE
As an Account Manager working across the Facilities Management (FM) sector, you will be responsible for delivering profitable growth by assisting our customers to consolidate their purchases of essential consumables and products. You will work closely with clients in the FM sector to ensure the supply of cleaning and hygiene products, safety solutions, maintenance tools, and other critical supplies to meet the needs of their facilities. Your role will focus on building strong, long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing innovative, cost-saving solutions.
With full support from our management and sales team, you will take full ownership of your territory, driving new business while servicing and expanding existing customer relationships. Your ability to work autonomously and strategically will help ensure that our business strategies and targets are achieved.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the FM sector, focusing on cleaning, hygiene, safety, and maintenance products
- Provide solutions to customers that help them optimise their product usage and save costs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including facilities managers and procurement teams
- Identify and pursue opportunities for new business development within your territory
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services
- Analyse customer data and trends to forecast needs and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, with a strong focus on driving customer satisfaction
ABOUT YOU

- Current valid driver’s licence
- Experience in territory or account management, ideally within the FM sector
- Strong background in B2B sales, purchasing, or solution selling in facilities management, cleaning, or hygiene industries
- Ability to self-manage, with strong organisational skills and the drive to meet targets
- Proficiency in analysing and interpreting customer data to inform your sales approach
- Excellent communication, questioning, and listening skills to engage effectively with clients
