We are currently seeking a full-time Sample Collection Technician to join our Delivery Operations team in Dunedin. You'll bring your previous customer service experience to this crucial support role, helping the Service Delivery Managers and Senior Delivery Managers in overseeing the execution of sampling contracts. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimise service processes to ensure consistency and maintain high-quality product delivery outcomes
  • Translate customer requirements into the collection event & coordinate other activities as needed
  • Register samples in Oritain's operating systems, and manage the quality of the data associated with the samples
  • Identify and manage risks & impediments that affect scope, schedule and quality
  • Constantly strive to exceed thru put, to improve efficiency
  • Work closely with internal teams for workflow enhancements
  • Provide sales support, and customer delivery support
  • Help define clear tracking metrics and dashboards for clients and internal communication, and to identify areas of improvement

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience working with professional services, deployment and support teams
  • Solid customer service experience in a retail, office or hospitality setting and have a drive and commitment to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Naturally resilient and able to work comfortably with multiple demands
  • Experience with Lean and Continuous Improvement methodology is desirable
  • Flexible and adaptable interpersonal style with the ability to influence others, share ideas and to problem solve
  • Strong attention to detail, with very good verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with business tools and standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Working experience with Atlassian applications (Confluence, Trello) is highly desirable
