As a Senior Consultant, you’ll join the Transaction Strategy & Execution practice which is a dedicated team within EY’s Strategy and Transactions division that helps clients achieve their strategic objectives in acquisitions and divestments.

 

We cover a wide range of operational aspects in a transaction, including synergy assessments, separation readiness and support, operational due diligence and supporting the integration or separation process. With an unrivalled track record in the industry, you will have the opportunity to be part of the largest dedicated integrations, separations and transition practice in Oceania.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing and evaluating operating models and financial information
  • Identifying key operational, integration and separation issues for further analysis
  • Developing deliverables in a fast-paced environment and presenting to clients
  • Identifying key client risks and issues, and mitigating these ahead of time

  • Experience in Professional Services, Management Consulting, M&A or related corporate experience
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity and creative thinking
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations
  • Adept at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
