Job Details:

Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Partner will have a blended role, supporting both the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and the regional HR team. As the only HR member in New Zealand, they will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing the office culture. They will be responsible for keeping a pulse on the office environment and supporting all recruiting functions for New Zealand. In addition to end-to-end recruitment, they may also assist with other standard HR processes.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to identify and secure talent.
  • Provide guidance on the recruitment cycle, internal processes, and interview skills.
  • Take full briefs from hiring managers and ensure only qualified candidates are submitted.
  • Work with the Compensation Analyst to align job titles, compensation, and benefits.
  • Agree on recruitment plans with hiring managers and ensure job specifications are posted correctly.
  • Focus on direct sourcing, including writing job adverts, proactive searching, and headhunting.
  • Review applications, conduct screening calls, and coordinate interviews.
  • Manage the offer process and ensure compliance with the company’s compensation framework.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and complete administrative processes in Workday.
  • Attend HR and Recruitment team meetings and comply with company policies.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in recruiting within an in-house environment or RPO model.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume vacancies end-to-end.
  • Competent in using Boolean search methods and recruitment platforms.
  • Experience in creating recruitment marketing copy and working in fast-paced, large-scale organizations.
  • Previous experience using an ATS and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of relevant statutory legislation.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and emotional maturity.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
  • Self-starter with a dedication to customer focus and process improvement.
