The opportunity
- Due to an internal promotion, we need switched-on administrator with commercial insurance experience to join our team
- Support our Underwriters in our Property, Motor and Liability team.
- Enjoy working in a hybrid flexible environment, with 3 days in the office, following required training period.
- Supportive team-leader, who will invest in your growth and development.
Your new role
You will be an integral member in the team, providing:
- Insurance & administration support to the Underwriters and the team on insurance policies from new business, Mid Term Adjustments (MTAs), and renewals through to their cancellation or lapse.
- Support for activities such as managing credit control, production of Certificates of Insurance & processing policies and schedules.
- Develop good working relationships and ensuring timely communication with all internal customers and stakeholders.

About you
You will enjoy being part of a team, making a difference to the business through your solid administration and customer service focus and:
Work well under pressure and use your initiative to make decisions quickly and concisely
- Have experience in an administration role with a focus on attention to detail
- Must have experience within commercial insurance.
- Good analytical, communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with Excel & enjoy learning
