Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for technology.
- Proven experience in a Service Desk environment, managing support requests and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
- Provide a professional and responsive first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests via phone and email.
- Prioritize and manage service requests and incidents to ensure a seamless IT experience for end users.
- Deliver effective Level 1 and Level 2 support for internal software and systems.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, macOS, Office 365 Suite, Cloud technologies, PowerShell, etc

- Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
