Get aucklanders to be more active! You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Support Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.
Working as a Customer Support Representative at Glenfield Pool and Leisure Centre, right from the first smile, you will be responsible for ensuring effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customers, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same!
We have permanent 16 part-time positions, with opportunities to pick up more shifts.
Our centre operates 7 days a week from 5:30am to 9:30pm, reliability, and commitment to working early, late and weekend shifts are crucial.

You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as the ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customers' needs.
You’re outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.
Having experience as a barista and being tech-savvy would be advantageous.
