The opportunity:
As a Foreman in our Petone Paving Crew, you will be a leader and be passionate about delivering a quality service to all internal and external customers on key projects. You will be responsible for managing the crew, quality control and ensuring our high standards of health and safety are met by your team.
In addition to the above you will:
- Complete daily job inspections
- Ensuring your team adheres to Health & Safety standards
- Maximising your teams daily productivity & ensuring the quality of works
- The training and development of staff
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Minimum Class 2 license, with WTR endorsements
- Experience in staff management and ability to motivate team
- Relevant industry experience, including experience in asphalt and milling
