About the role
This is a fantastic, fixed term opportunity to cover parental leave We are seeking a proactive and experienced Learning Advisor, to join a high performing L&D Team who enjoy a fast-changing environment and enthusiastically meet deadlines.
In this role, you will be:
Responsible for providing timely and effective learning solutions together with comprehensive learning analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
Collaborating closely with key stakeholders to ensure our learning initiatives meet the evolving needs at F&P – whatever it takes to best support our business requirements.
We are seeking:
- Demonstrated facilitation, digital learning and coaching experience.
- Proven skills in designing learning solutions using adult learning principles, human-centered design and creative thinking.
- Experience in implementing and delivering operational/tactical learning projects.
- Capability to focus on operational issues while considering long-term impacts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Competency to work with data and digital learning tools.
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with others, collaborating to achieve mutually agreed goals.
- Strong written and visual communication skills.
