Our dynamic and creative Learning & Development team, based in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland, are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Advisor. You will partner with our business to ensure that learning needs are correctly identified and filled, a vital aspect of client and people experience. Draw on our global resources and collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to design and deliver appropriate learning & development interventions. This is an exciting position, with scope to radically impact our teams and the business as a whole.
Key responsibilities include:
Liaise with the business to ensure learning needs are correctly scoped and met.
Coach SMEs and team leads on L&D best practice.
Provide advice on the development of L&D strategy for different areas of the business.
Facilitate training and other sessions, as required.
Partner with the business to design a wide range of high quality learning solutions, materials, products and tools – including authoring, development and maintenance of learning materials.
Ensure the curricula are well promoted and maintained.
Support the ongoing development of all relevant training programmes.
Remain up to date with L&D best practices.
Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience
3+ years’ experience in a Learning and Development role.
Excellent relationship skills with stakeholders, built through mutual trust and respect, and the delivery of quality work.
A strong interest in L&D theory and practice improvement.
Strong facilitation skills.
Prior experience working in a professional services environment would be desirable.
