We are on the lookout for a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our Fisher & Paykel team! The role is responsible for providing top quality pre and post sales technical support for our Haier branded Air Conditioning products, with a hands-on approach to deliver a seamless experience to our customers.
What You'll Do:
Provide exceptional technical support for Haier Air Conditioning products to our customers
Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and contribute to the improvement of Haier Air Conditioning products
Manage and support installations and post-instillation health checks to ensure we meet customer expectations, time-lines and standards
Proven expertise in Haier Air Conditioning systems and technical support
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences
Strong problem-solving approach and the ability to work with enthusiasm and skill
A commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for providing top-tier technical support
What You'll Bring:
Proven technical service industry experience (5+ years)
Developing and maintaining relationships both internally and externally
Certifications / Qualifications Required:
Must have Electrical Practicing Licence
Must have a valid driver license and acceptable motor vehicle record
Approved Filler Licence (refrigeration)
First Aid Cert
Acceptable site work cards
