The primary focus of the Maintenance Contracts Finance and RAMM Coordinator role will be to assist with monthly contract claiming, RAMM data processing, management of the RAMM database & monthly contract financial reporting.

This role includes responsibilities for tasks across all contracts in the Maintenance department. You will be highly focused on meeting contract delivery times for claims and data management.

In addition to the above you will:   

• Uploading claims to RMM, as well as claiming and reconciliation of data in RAMM
• Subcontractor cost escalations and income allocation for Regional Accountant
• Purchase order issue and reconciliation

We’re looking for someone with:

• General contract administration preferably in a civil construction environment
• Experience in RAMM preferred
• Finance administration experience
• Excellent time management, data quality and date accuracy skills
