He aha te mahi? What's the role?
This is a part time role, 22 hours per week (which can be worked across 3, 4 or 5 days – we are flexible). This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
This key position within the Commercial team will be assisting with the management of the Supplier Accountability reporting within the Zespri Group and provide analysis for any quality or commercial related systems. Reporting to the Commercial Analyst you will also provide support to the Commercial Management team, the Supply Chain department and the wider industry.
This is a great role for someone who has experience in a commercial environment (e.g. Finance Assistant) who is detail orientated and confident in their Excel ability.
- Assist with the set up of Supplier Accountability systems.
- Daily approvals of results to send to Suppliers, as well as resolving file errors.
- Calculation of accurate financial outcomes for Supplier Accountability shipments within industry timeframes.
- Reporting quality outcomes to management, suppliers and wider industry.
- Resolving system issues as and when they arise.
- Weekly reporting, including any ad-hoc quality reports required from Commercial and wider Supply Chain
- Identify opportunity for improvement in processes and proactively work to implement any process improvements for the Supplier Accountability calculations.
- Demonstrate customer service excellence in connection with team and business activities.
- Contribute to organisational projects, analysis or any other tasks as and when required.

- A business tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Minimum three years’ experience in an analytical, commercial role.
- Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to manage and manipulate large data sources essential.
- Advance analytical ability preferred but not essential.
- SAP would be an advantage but not essential.
