We're on the hunt for a Retail Manager to lead the charge at our two Queenstown locations — our brand store and our outlet. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role, drive performance, and help shape the future of our retail experience.

To help us achieve this, we’re on the hunt for a Store Manager to lead our retail teams in Queenstown.

What You’ll Do

As our Cluster Retail Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of retail across both stores, making sure each location hits its goals while delivering an incredible experience for every customer. You’ll work closely with our wider team to bring our brand to life on the shop floor — building strong teams, strong community connections, and strong results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams at both locations
  • Create an environment where people love to work and customers love to shop
  • Ensure stores run smoothly — from stock and pricing to visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Bring the brand to life through local activations, events, and partnerships
  • Champion in-store training to grow product knowledge and sales confidence
  • Keep stores compliant, safe, and aligned with company standards
  • Act as the key link between stores and HQ — sharing insights, ideas, and opportunities

About You

  • You're an experienced retail leader, ideally with multi-site or high-volume experience
  • You know how to inspire and empower teams to achieve great things
  • You're customer-obsessed and passionate about creating a standout experience
  • You’re hands-on, organised, and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • You’re ready to lead from the front, roll up your sleeves, and make things happen

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail leadership, ideally across multiple sites or high-volume environments
  • Strong people management skills — you're confident coaching, developing, and leading teams
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional in-store experience
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail — you keep operations running smoothly
  • A hands-on, proactive approach — you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
  • A genuine interest in sustainability, the outdoors, and building community connections
