About the role - Mō te tūranga

As a Credit Controller, you will manage the company’s credit and collections processes to ensure timely payments, minimize bad debt and resolving payment issues. You will also collaborate with internal teams to support the financial health of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitor outstanding balances and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
• Identify and mitigate potential credit risks.

We are looking for a driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and high attention to detail.

Additionally, you will bring:

• Proven experience in credit control or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• 3-5 years of experience in credit control or a similar role.
