The opportunity:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of AIA’s external Learning Management System (LMS) and building external intermediary capability, supporting the improvement of our business performance and deliver on our strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting with complex LMS administration.

  • Acting as the key point of contact for LMS vendor management.

  • Driving continuous development of LMS with stakeholders, both internally and externally.

  • Supporting the delivery of key external learning objectives.

  • Leading and supporting the learning content creation process, including drafting briefs, managing approvals and working closely with internal stakeholders.

  • Managing and maintaining AIA’s external learning policies.

  • Delivering key learning initiatives and activities.

  • Leveraging effective working relationships with AIA internal teams and external partners (including vendors) to deliver a learning experience that supports effective adviser and customer outcomes.

Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Strong learning and development experience.

  • Effective consulting and stakeholder management skills.

  • Intermediate/advanced proficiency with using Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel).

  • Demonstrated understanding of different learning styles.

  • Strong technical knowledge of learning management systems.

  • Excellent presentation skills.
