Sales Support / Kanban Delivery Driver

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team member to support both our Internal Sales operations and Kanban deliveries. This role is evenly split between assisting the sales team with inbound enquiries, order processing, and rep support, and managing scheduled Kanban deliveries and restocking to ensure seamless stock replenishment.

About the Role:

• Build strong relationships with customers, handling enquiries and converting them into sales.
• Drive sales growth through upselling, sharing promotions, and encouraging repeat business.
• Provide support to sales representatives, process customer orders, and prepare quotes.
• Perform scheduled Kanban deliveries, collect goods from suppliers/customers, and scan empty bins for future replenishment.
• Assess customer sites for additional product needs and generate leads by approaching potential customers.
