Digital Services Operator - Logistics

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Digital Services - Logistics team. In this role, you will assist in managing our warehouse operations, ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to. You will also be responsible for courier services, document processing, and representing our business in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Warehouse Management: Assist in maintaining a well-organised warehouse system, reconciling documents for storage or destruction, and conducting monthly stocktakes.
- Document Processing: assist with the document processing in the Production Services team as required.
- Courier Services: Ensure timely and professional collection and delivery of critical customer documents while maintaining company vehicles in good condition.
- Inbound/Outbound Receipting: Support inbound and outbound logistics and manage courier bookings efficiently.
- General Responsibilities: Maintain a safe working environment, provide feedback to management, and enhance the company’s image through positive interactions with customers and peers.
About you

Key requirements:
- Full clean driver’s license
- Forklift license is desirable but not essential
- Presentable, courteous, and professional demeanour
- Strong organisational skills with a logical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to switch between tasks without compromising quality
