DC Admin Supervisor | GPC Asia Pacific (NZ)

Role Purpose

The Distribution Centre Admin Supervisor role main purpose is the administrative support to the distribution centre, its operations, and management team. They will work as part of a multi-skilled administration team and will report directly to the Planning Manager with key responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

• Administration & Reporting – Manage day-to-day admin tasks, update internal systems, and prepare key reports for operational meetings.
• Payroll Processing – Process timesheets for permanent and contract staff, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Customer Service & Team Support – Assist with daily operations, support the customer service team, and coordinate induction packs for new hires.
• Labour Hire & Procurement – Liaise with labour hire agencies for temporary staffing needs and oversee stationery and consumables ordering.
• Follow company H&S policies, maintain a safe workspace, and report hazards or incidents promptly
