We are looking for a Guided Coach Touring Lead to join our friendly, dynamic, and busy team based in Wānaka. As a Guided Coach Touring Lead, you will play a vital role in cultivating and managing our relationships with external tour operators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, market-relevant offerings.
What does the Role looks like?
- Build a strong understanding of the available products.
- Passion for New Zealand and Australian Guided Coach Touring and advancing your knowledge of what is offered.
- Foster relationships with the Sales and Marketing teams to gather customer insights and identify market trends related to guided tours.
- Ensure that our internal system is accurate and up-to-date with information to empower the Sales team to confidently sell guided touring.
- Maintain proactive communication with guided tour suppliers, providing timely updates on changes, feedback, and potential collaborative opportunities.
- Source and manage new season pricing, ensuring timely updates and accuracy, while also diligently tracking new product launches and identifying expired product listings.
- Continuously assess existing guided tour offerings to ensure they remain aligned with current market demands and customer preferences.
- Hours of work: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service or New Zealand tourism-related role is advantageous
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Passion for NZ and Australian Travel!
- Sound knowledge of the Inbound Tourism Industry
- Right to work in New Zealand

- High degree of computer literacy with proficiency in the G-suite programs
- Sound level of numerical and data analysis skills
- Understanding of API Connections and Coach Touring is preferred but not essential
