About the role

 

As a Project Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in ensuring lift systems meet New Zealand's regulatory standards and delighting our clients with top-notch service coordination.

 

You will be responsible of the following:

 

  • Ensure Compliance: Manage and submit IQP Form 12a documentation, ensuring adherence to NZ Building Act 2004 and compliance deadlines.
  • Coordinate Services: Plan and oversee maintenance, inspections, and repairs using SAP, ensuring efficient work order management and accurate resource allocation.
  • Streamline Processes: Identify and implement workflow improvements in SAP and related tools for operational efficiency.
  • Communicate Effectively: Schedule annual inspections by coordinating with IQP (3rd party), Service Managers/Team Leaders and customers. Communicate chargeable cost to customer for IQP inspections and work with the finance team to ensure accurate billing for inspections.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate documentation of compliance certificates, inspection reports, and asset histories while generating insightful compliance dashboards and client reports.
 

What you bring

  • 2+ years of experience in service coordination; lift/elevator industry or building services experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IQP Form 12a processes or NZ compliance frameworks like Building Warrant of Fitness (preferred).
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and SAP for managing work orders and reports.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for working with stakeholders.
