The Opportunity:

You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions within the team.

  • Requirements Gathering: One of the primary responsibilities will be to elicit, analyze, document, and validate the business requirements for projects and initiatives. This involves conducting interviews, workshops, and meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.

  • Facilitation and Collaboration: Facilitate key meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to foster collaboration and consensus among stakeholders. This includes being a key conduit between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements and ensuring that solutions meet business objectives.

  • Documentation and Communication: Ability to rapidly document requirements, process flows, use cases, and other relevant information in clear and concise formats. In addition, communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, developers, designers, testers, and other team members, to ensure shared understanding and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Prepare detailed requirement specifications, functional specifications, user stories and manage the requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

  • Support the development of strong client relationships by building trust, rapport and strong working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members. 

Here’s What You Need:

  • Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements. 

  • Strong workshop and facilitation skills

  • Experience working with design, development, and test teams. 

  • Experience using agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence to create functional requirements and user stories. 

  • Understanding of agile software development (Scrum and Kanban)

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for diverse audiences.

Bonus points if:

  • Ability to lead team and client meetings and to clearly articulate the solution being developed with all the stake holders.

  • Experience in a consulting environment with demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity, and innovation.
