Join our dynamic team and collaborate with key stakeholders across Marketing and broader business to drive performance digital initiatives and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. We're looking for someone who is numbers driven, curious, and ready to embrace challenges while championing change.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Drive best-practice performance digital programs with a focus on, channel, messaging, and the customer journey through the funnel.
Optimise acquisition outcomes across paid search, social, display and other channels
Utilise the evolved Always On framework across consumer and business portfolios, including support of larger Brand & Marketing platforms
Deliver our first-party data strategy and input into the roadmap alongside our agencies and mar-tech partners.
Deliver continual optimisation through test-and-learn and A/B testing initiatives.
Help deliver measurement maturity roadmap including benchmarking, KPI setting, , and reporting aligned with business objectives and OKRs.
Liaise with business partners to ensure engagement and alignment across the organization for agreed programs and initiatives.
Ensure all projects adhere to brand guidelines and meet risk, compliance, and legal requirements.
Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
5+ years within performance marketing and / or digital media – advantageous if you also have experience within a large, complex organisation.
Experience with financial services or service-based industries is a plus.
Comfortable working with projects at scale including complex products and services.
Background developing digital strategies that drive engagement, measurable growth, and commercial impact.
Experience with search engine optimisation and conversion rate optimisation is a plus
Ability to provide expertise and advice to the marketing chapter and collaborate with members on delivering best in class performance marketing campaigns that will encourage better customer outcomes and commercial success.
The ability to convey information and ideas to business partners and other stakeholder groups in a manner that engages the audience, helps them understand the message and demonstrates you have clearly understood the business challenge.
Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritise a diverse workload.
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
