New Relic Implementation Specialist (Contract)

Youtap Limited is looking for a skilled New Relic Implementation Specialist on a 3-month contract basis to assist with the setup and configuration of New Relic's observability platform across our cloud-based applications. This role is essential for ensuring that our systems are monitored effectively, allowing us to enhance performance and maintain service reliability. The successful candidate will work closely with our development and operations teams to leverage New Relic's capabilities to their full potential.

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for integrating New Relic into our infrastructure (AWS and MS Azure), setting up monitoring, and providing reporst and dashboard to enable insights into application performance, user experience, and infrastructure health. This will include implementation New Relics AI Predictability solution and creating dashboards for Support and Management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing and configuring New Relic for application performance monitoring and infrastructure monitoring.
• Experience with the New Relic AI Intelligent Observability solution.
• Strong DevOps understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), with experience in monitoring cloud-based applications.
• Experience with application development practices, including coverage of microservices applications built in Java.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and developing solutions for observability within cloud environments.
• Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and present data related to application performance and system health.
• Deep understanding of APM concepts, incident management, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively while meeting project deadlines.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar implementation or monitoring role.
