Bakery Manager - New World Waitaki

We are currently looking for a full time Bakery Manager to run our busy Bakery Department, someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for baking.

If you are a person with great people skills who works well with others and can exceed our customers expectations, then we would love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

• Previous Bakery experience and qualification
• Able to plan, organise, lead and control the day to day running of the Bakery department
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to ensure Health & Safety and Food Safety programmes are adhered to
• Participate in setting and reaching department goals and budgets
• Can oversee training and development of team
• Accepts responsibility and is committed to delivering first class products and customer service.

This position will require you to work some weekend shifts, the exact days/hours will be discussed during the interview stage.
