That’s why we’re on a mission to shift riders from synthetics to natural fibres—designing high-performance merino apparel that doesn’t mess up the places we love to play.
We are a growing brand with big ambitions, and we need a Marketing Coordinator who can bring the Mons energy to life across digital and beyond. You will work as part of the brand marketing team to deliver global marketing strategy across Australia and New Zealand. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that blends local execution with in-front-of-camera energy.
The kind of things you’ll be doing:
- Delivering local marketing efforts in alignment with the global team across all aspects of marketing (events, partnerships, PR, paid media and athlete activity etc.)
- Be a key member of our content team, appearing in front of the camera for digital channels.
- Be the point of contact for local athletes and content creators.
- Building community and connection across key hubs by collaborating with community organisations and events.
- Collaborating with the Growth, Social and Creative teams to bring ideas and concepts to life.
- Helping with general marketing admin.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- A passion for action sports and an understanding of the culture – ski/board/mountain bike skills are a bonus.
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, retail, communications or events environment.
- Comfortable on-camera – no acting experience necessary, just good energy and confidence.
- A strong eye for detail, and the ability to juggle tasks and deadlines.
- Clear communication, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to learn and grow.
- Be ready to live and work in Wānaka, New Zealand with a valid working visa.
