What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
As the face of the AA, you will be offering a customer centric approach to everyone who visits our AA centres. As a Customer Sales Consultant, you will play an important role in identifying customer needs and providing them with the right AA products, ensure great customer outcomes in a fast-paced retail environment, and be involved in a variety of tasks that includes processing driver licensing and vehicle registration transactions.
This is a part-time position with 29.5 hours per week, working Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday.

You’re passionate about customer service and thrive in a role where you can make a positive impact. Ideally, you come from a customer service background in retail, but most importantly, you have a genuine desire to help others. You excel at building strong relationships and connecting with people, ensuring every customer feels valued.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
- Strong communication skills that help you engage with customers effectively
- Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- A natural team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others
