The opportunity

This exciting role offers the opportunity to play a key part in executing our dynamic communications strategy. You’ll be at the forefront of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to elevate our brand’s reputation.

As a key team member, you’ll help craft and implement impactful internal and external communications across multiple platforms, while aligning with the organisation’s broader goals and vision. This is your chance to make a real impact in shaping the way we connect with our audiences.

Your new role 

A day in the role might look a bit like this:

• Develop and execute communication and marketing programs to enhance our reputation and image.
• Plan and manage awards, events, campaigns, and web content to ensure consistency with brand messaging.
• Strengthen customer relationships through regular communication (EDMs, newsletters) and support employee engagement.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, align communications with business objectives, and provide external support to media outlets.
• Measure communication effectiveness, manage compliance with policies, and provide administrative support as needed.

About you

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor messaging to suit different audiences,
• Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills, with the ability to adapt service according to stakeholder needs.
• Experience developing content strategies aligned with business goals and working with subject matter experts to create accurate content.
• Excellent multitasking skills with awareness of industry trends, regulations, and compliance in technical fields.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SEO, analytics, and optimising content for digital platforms.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design, video production, and multimedia tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, or related field preferred
