About the Role (your why) 

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work closely with a team of very busy leaders, providing support that makes a real impact. You will be an organising extraordinaire! Responsible for assisting with dynamic calendars, coordinating important meetings and travel, and handling communication with the highest level of discretion.

What you’ll do  

  • Provide expert administrative support for the Directors, proactively anticipating their needs, assisting with diary management and travel schedules. 
  • Ensure all requests are actioned in a timely and professional manner, including arranging meetings, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating papers and presentations for relevant meetings. 
  • Create presentations and documents using the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as proof reading business critical documents and ensuring they are professionally worded and presented. 
  • Assist in the organisation of events, functions, catering and meetings 
  • Reconcile monthly expenses, and input and approve timesheets for the Directors 
  • Work collaboratively with the virtual team of Executive Assistants across the business. 

What you’ll bring 

  • Experience supporting senior executives is a must. 
  • Advanced skills using the Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail so you can manage multiple tasks and prioritise work without missing a beat. 
  • Discretion and tact when dealing with confidential, commercially sensitive, and personal information. 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively, managing multiple and shifting demands with calm and ease. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of the Group. 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. 
  • A proactive problem solver.
