To help us achieve this, we’re on the hunt for a Store Manager to lead our retail team in Queenstown.

What You’ll Do

As our Store Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our retail experience, ensuring the store operates efficiently while creating an inclusive, inspiring environment for both customers and staff. Working closely with the National Retail Manager and our global team, you’ll drive sales, build community connections, and cultivate a customer-first culture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to exceed KPIs and sales targets.

• Deliver an exceptional in-store experience that aligns with the Mons Royale brand and values.
• Drive local activations and community engagement to strengthen brand presence.
• Manage store operations, including stock control, cash handling, security, and visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to implement key retail initiatives and strategies.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among your team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior retail leadership role with a track record of driving sales and leading a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-moving environment.
• Passion for sustainability, outdoor sports, and the Mons Royale brand mission.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, including POS systems, stock management, and customer service best practices.

• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to build an inclusive and motivated team culture.
