Job Description

We’re looking for a talented Account Manager to help us keep the good energy flowing. As our SME Retail Commercial Account Manager you’ll be responsible for the sales, business development, revenue, margin and brand growth of our Rockgas business in the highly competitive SME market channel . Key responsibilities will include:
- contributing to the wider business performance by identifying channel growth and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve/ exceed revenue and margin targets for our >4T and <10T customers using cylinders and small tanks and our retic commercial customers.
- enhancing business relationships and working collaboratively with existing and potential customers to fully understand their needs and how we can best deliver on them,
- managing all sales aspects of the customer portfolio to maintain existing and/or build new channel relationships e.g. contract negotiation and management, call cycle management, reporting and budgets.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely support, addressing issues and responding to queries; and
- Project leading cross-functional teams to develop any new sites
Qualifications

Along with being an awesome team member with a ‘get up and go’ attitude you will have:
- Proven senior account management/ sales experience ideally including SME channel experience.
- A demonstrated track record of and ‘hunger’ for driving and delivering and sustainable growth – revenue, margin, customers, brand etc.
- Strong business/commercial acumen being able to understand and make decisions based on business data.
- A good working understanding of marketing and brand
- Excellent sales, negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A tertiary qualification in business, commerce or finance would be an advantage but isn't essential
