About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales leader who thrives in a competitive environment and is passionate about empowering teams to exceed targets.
As a Solutions Sales Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth, leading a team of dynamic sales professionals, and delivering innovative solutions to our clients. This is a high-impact role where your leadership will directly influence revenue growth, team performance, and customer satisfaction. By fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, you will position our solutions as the go-to choice in the industry.
Other duties include:
- Develop and maintain relevant networks to assist in the identification of new opportunities and build a sales pipeline.
- Develop a sales strategy, aligned with wider organizational strategy, to deliver on targets and maximise market opportunity.
- Driving a solution-selling approach, ensuring your team understands and communicates how our technology and services solve real business challenges.
- Regularly conduct effective market research to identify potential new customers, market sector opportunities and needs.

- Lead demonstrations on a range of products and technologies to customers, educating them on the features, benefits, and differentiation.
- Lead, coach and develop a high performing sales team to achieve targets.
- Tracking performance, managing pipelines, and ensuring accountability to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Skills & experience
We are looking for an accomplished sales professional who will lead, coach, and motivate the sales team.
The successful candidate will also display:
- 5+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams, preferably in IT, technology, or business solutions.
- A confident, outgoing nature with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire, coach, and develop sales professionals at various career stages.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Perseverance and resilience
- Strong ability to build relationships and network
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively
