Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and integrated marketing strategy aligned to Business Solutions’s business goals and objectives, leveraging knowledge of personas, market segments, target industries, etc.
- Collaborate with sales leaders and their teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
- Identify market opportunities and marketing tactics to capture market share.
- Oversee the creation and execution of both online and offline brand building and demand generation campaigns (including industry-aligned campaigns) across multiple channels including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Implement effective lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine marketing strategies.
- Develop an annual plan (broken down into quarters) for co-marketing campaigns that leverage vendor and technology supplier partnerships, ensuring campaigns align with both Business Solutions’ goals and vendor goals.
- Develop and manage the Business Solutions marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Skills & experience
We are looking for someone with a ‘client-first’ mindset who is naturally collaborative, resilient, results-oriented and innately curious, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and a creative mindset. Along with this, you will also have:
- Tertiary qualification in marketing.
- Minimum of seven years’ experience as a marketing manager in a B2B environment.
- Previous experience in the technology industry and/or business consultancy services.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and demand generation campaigns.
- Proven experience developing and delivering vendor-funded marketing campaigns.
- Able to build a deep understanding of target audiences and what engages and motivates them.
- Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in people management, mentoring, coaching and leadership.
- Well-developed business acumen and comfortable building effective working relationships with people at all levels of an organisation.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with good time and project management skills, outstanding attention to detail, and a proven ability to consistently deliver to deadlines and budgets.
