Your new role
In this role, you will gain valuable experience while supporting both internal and external customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with stakeholders to process queries efficiently and accurately.
- Handling insurance paperwork, including processing applications, issuing policies, and making policy adjustments.
- Providing business processing support, such as quote registrations, policy renewals, and documentation management.
- Assisting with credit control and monitoring pending items.
- Working collaboratively within the team to ensure smooth operations.

- Basic computer skills, including Excel, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong level of numeracy and literacy.

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
