Your Role

Working as a National Account Manager in our Professional sales team with responsibility to profitably grow the Kimberly-Clark Professional™ business via our network of distributors and customers within sectors such as hotels, healthcare, large offices, food processing and manufacturing. Whilst there is a large existing customer base, the individual is also expected to find and grow new business.


The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate an ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience. They also need to show they are a great team player whilst taking full personal responsibility for delivering high performance and achieving targets.

We are looking for strong analytical skills, flexibility, and a desire to go the extra mile. Ultimately, we are looking for that real winning mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and maximise sales focusing on retention and category expansion of existing and new end user customers.

  • Build and maintain key relationships across your assigned customer portfolio with your regular call cycle as well as supporting channel partners and DSRs.

  • Build relevant customer plans to ensure activities and targets are successfully met

  • Possess an intimate knowledge of all features, benefits and applications of products to differentiate KCP with solutions

  • Work together with central Kimberly-Clark Professional™ customer experience team to solve potential customer issues

  • Maintain Salesforce customer management system to ensure accurate uploading of customer data to effectively coordinate sales activities

  • Proactively communicates with and provides feedback to Regional Manager regarding end user segmentation and sales activities.
     

Education And Experience

  • High performing sales executive with business-to-business experience ideally in the Health & Hygiene, Industrial or Food Processing sectors

  • Industry experience either from a supplier background or an industry professional

Personal attributes

  • Collaborative: Work across barriers with Internal and External customers

  • Decisive: Make sound business decisions in a timely and effective way

  • Inspirational: Motivate distributors, customers and DSR’s to think KCP first

  • Innovative: Look for new solutions to build long term relationships

  • Team player, with an ability to work independently

This is a field-based role covering NZ and will require out of town travel.
