We are looking for a Business Support Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting regional leadership and ensuring smooth business operations. This role is perfect for a proactive, organized, and results-driven professional with strong financial and administrative expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the local Business Support Hub, ensuring efficient administrative support and operational excellence.
  • Provide financial support, including invoice processing, financial reporting, and cost monitoring.
  • Assist in regional leadership operations, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee depot management, ensuring facility maintenance, safety compliance, and staff support.
  • Support onboarding and workforce planning, ensuring seamless entry for new employees.
  • Drive a culture of collaboration, safety, and efficiency within the regional team.

Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills 

Experience: Minimum 5 years in a senior business support role.
Education: Certificate in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint) and financial systems like JD Edwards.
Leadership: Ability to coach, mentor, and manage a team, ensuring high-performance standards.
Financial Acumen: Strong background in financial reporting and administration.
Problem Solver: A proactive and strategic thinker who can identify areas for improvement.
