About the Role

We are seeking experienced E2E Project Manager's - (Multiple roles) on a fixed term basis until 30th December 2026 to lead the delivery of a group of sites, from initial site identification through to acquisition and readiness for construction (RTB). You will be responsible for the end-to-end project management of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring a smooth transition to the build phase.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establish and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and control project plans to meet key milestones and deadlines.
  • Document and seek approval for any changes to agreed outcomes or designs.
  • Ensure efficient administration and oversight of all project aspects.
  • Continuously review and refine processes to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing early escalation of issues when necessary.
  • Keep project databases and systems (e.g., Nexsys One) accurately updated.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality designs within tight timeframes.
  • Liaise with functional managers to align project delivery with broader business goals.
  • Undertake additional duties as required, in line with the role's scope and responsibilities.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in the technology or telecommunications Industry.
  • A proactive approach - you anticipate challenges, ask questions, and seek solutions independently.
  • A track record of delivering results - you take ownership and drive projects to completion.
  • High energy and a positive presence - you contribute to a collaborative, team-focused environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of Mobile/LMR networks and DMR systems is an advantage
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility and adaptability - you work well in cross-functional teams and support team members when needed.
